Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Here at Encouraged Girl, we work hard to process your order as quickly as possible. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information prior to submitting your order.   If your order is in a pending status, we may be able to make modifications or cancel your order. Please contact us immediately at info@encouragedgirl.com if you require a change. 

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the contents of your order. However, address corrections may still be possible depending on the destination of the package. Additional fees may apply.

 

When will my order ship?

Please note that all pieces within our clothing collection are made to order and are processed within 10-14, most times sooner.

Secure ordering

Encouraged Girl is dedicated to giving our customers the best possible service when you order your products over the Internet. This includes safe and secure processing of your sensitive credit card information using the highest data encryption available today.

 

Returns & refunds

You may return all new items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Why has my order been cancelled?

Our items sell out quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. these cases are rare. if an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.  If  your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
